The Farm-Gate Influence Lab is a 6‑week online course for farm advisers, vets and ag sales/account managers who have genuinely good conversations on farm, but then come back a few weeks later and nothing’s really shifted.

This isn’t about blaming farmers and it’s not technical or sales training. 
It’s the human side of change - the pushback, the risk, identity, family dynamics and how you land next steps in a way that feels owned and actually doable.

How it works

  • 6 self‑paced modules, released weekly, starting Monday 13th April
  • Weekly live cohort calls 7pm - 8pm (recorded if you can’t make it)
  • Practical templates and scripts included

What you’ll be able to do after this course

  • Handle pushback without getting defensive, sales-y or awkward
  • Diagnose what’s really underneath “no” so you stop pushing the wrong lever
  • Have better conversations about mindset, behaviour and change
  • Co‑design next steps so the farmer feels ownership, not a prescription
  • Leave the yard with momentum - not just rapport and a “nice chat”
