Sheep Advisers Forum - presented by Moredun & NSA
Date: 8th October 2025
Time: 1-2pm
Location: Online, webinar
The Sheep Advisors Forum is an exciting new interactive series created for advisers, vets and other professionals dedicated to advancing sheep health and welfare.
What makes it different?
This isn’t any old webinar series, it’s a collaborative session where you help shape the discussion. Each session will feature expert-led updates on hot topics followed by open dialogue so you can ask questions, share experiences and explore solutions together.
Our first session on Wednesday 8th October, will include leading scientists from Moredun:
- Dave Bartley – tackling roundworm control and resistance.
- Stew Burgess – bringing the latest insights on managing sheep scab.
- Philip Skuce – sharing current research on liver fluke.
In future sessions we plan to cover pressing seasonal topics, such as early lamb diseases, ewe nutrition and abortion. We want your input to ensure we focus on the issues that matter most to you and your sheep farming clients.
By joining us, you’ll stay ahead of the latest research, gain practical solutions for flock health and benefit from the collective knowledge of your peers and leading experts.
This will be online, set-up in a meeting format, allowing you to interact and engage directly with the experts on the call. The more you contribute, the more you will get out of it, so come armed with questions.
Register by contacting RoSA@nationalsheep.org.uk
Places will be limited so be sure to register your attendance early to avoid disappointment.
