Exciting opportunity to join the NSA Head Office team

As a membership organisation, maintenance of the membership database and collection of annual subscriptions is essential to the running of NSA. The Association is therefore excited to open applications for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join the NSA team in this administrative role.
This position is for a systems-driven individual who is meticulous in handling information and maintaining records. They must be organised and able to keep track of and deliver numerous weekly and monthly tasks, including a monthly process to collect membership subscriptions via direct debit, credit card and cheque. On-the-job training will be provided, although some knowledge of CRMs and direct debit platforms would be useful. Understanding of GDPR, Gift Aid, CMS and/or MailChimp is also desirable but not essential. It is more important for applicants to have a can-do attitude coupled with enthusiasm to work within the NSA team to ensure the effective functioning of the organisation. They must have a willingness to work with colleagues and have a joined-up approach.
In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, there is also some exciting work on the horizon to equip NSA with an online direct debit sign-up process and implement a new CRM. The role will be 22-30hrs per week with flexibility to, for example, work around school hours or other existing commitments. It is a permanent position based at NSA Head Office in Malvern. The closing date for applications is Monday 20th February. Informal screening interviews may be offered to candidates before the closing date but face-to-face interviews for all shortlisted candidates will be on Thursday 23rd February.
