Robert Jacques, Worcestershire Requires: Full Time Job (Paid) starting 31/10/26
Preferred location: 30 miles/ 1 hour from home. Accommodation required
Type of work/experience required: Shepherding postion, or general farm worker on mixed farm
Experience: Previous job was Shepherding on a mixed farm in Herefordshire. Prior to that general farm worker on a predominately beef and arable farm in Wiltshire. Worked one year placement on outdoor farrowing sows and indoor straw based finishing pigs. Also experience working out in New Zealand as shepherd and wool handler. Grew up on a traditonal family farm with beef and sheep in Monmouthshire but moved away for personal reasons.
Previous qualifications: Agriculture BSC (hons) from Harper Adams University and other qualifications available on request.

Izzy Ashby, West Sussex Requires: Work Placement or Sandwich Year for Mid November to first week February starting Mid November
Preferred location: West Sussex and Hampshire or South East region of UK preferred but would consider all UK. Accommodation required if relocation necessary.
Type of work/experience required: Sheep or sheep and Beef
Experience: Previous short work placements on Sheep farm, dairy farm and cattle farm towards BTEC in Countryside Management and 12 weeks on Dairy farm looking after 1000 herd in North Island NZ learnt to ride a dirt bike and can drive side by side. Also worked as a groom for a local riding school for a few months prior to going to NZ to study. Currently a second year student undertaking a degree in Agriculture at Lincoln University, Christchurch New Zealand. Looking to gain knowledge and experience of Agriculture in the UK.

Rosie Norris, Shropshire Requires: Part Time Job (Paid) starting Anytime
Preferred location: Within 20-30 miles of Harper Adams University. Accommodation required
Type of work/experience required: Anything
Experience: Arable and beef farm worker since summer 2025, carrying out general farm operations. Several years’ experience assisting with sheep through family and local farming connections, including working as an assistant shepherd. Relief milking experience on herringbone and swing-over parlours, and experience assisting with equine duties on a family livery yard. Currently studying Agriculture at Harper Adams, with particular interests in agronomy and nutrition, and keen to continue gaining practical experience alongside my studies.
Previous qualifications: Level 3 extended diploma of agriculture and other qualifications available on request.
