Bethan Lewis, Powys Requires: Work Placement or Sandwich Year for 8 months starting Beginning of June
Preferred location: Nowhere specific. Accommodation required if relocation necessary.
Type of work/experience required: Livestock based - not specifically farm work
Experience: Interest in both sheep and cattle but hoping to work for a company.
Previous qualifications: DDM in Level 3 Agriculture

Finlay Stephens, Buckinghamshire Requires: Full Time Job (Paid) starting 23rd June
Preferred location: Anywhere in England. Accommodation required if relocation necessary.
Type of work/experience required: General farm worker
Experience: 2023 - Warwickshire, 2000 ewes, indoor lambing as work experience. 2 weeks days and some nights 2024 - Warwickshire same as 2023. Hereford/Shropshire border, 2200 Indoor lambing, 3 weeks, team of 5, worked alone in a shed of ~700 for days and 3 nights. Buckinghamshire, Harvest, June-September: Corn cart, muck spreading, cultivation, mowing, tedding, bale cart, basic telehandler operation, raking; Shearing assistance, TB testing, Crovecting, general daily stock checks. 2025 - Hereford/Shropshire, same as 2024, shed of 800 shearlings, 3 weeks, team of 6, worked alongside someone for 2 weeks.
Previous qualifications: L3 extended diploma in agriculture

Ellie Bliss, Cornwall Requires: Part Time Job (Paid) starting ASAP
Preferred location: within 30 miles from St Austell. Accommodation required
Type of work/experience required: would love to do lambing just any general experience with sheep i would love to gain experience.
Experience: mostly worked doing calf rearing and beef and done a some sheep handling and husbandry
Previous qualifications: currently studying a agricultural livestock degree

Morgan Young, Rhondda Cynon Taff Requires: Full Time Job (Paid) starting From June 2025
Preferred location: Within 45 mins commute of Ystrad Rhondda, but will consider relocation if accommodation can be arranged. Accommodation required if relocation necessary.
Type of work/experience required: Relatively new to farming and looking for summer work. I'm interested in sheep work and keen to learn as much as I can - I'm happy to give any work a go.
Experience: Worked weekends on a mixed farm from Dec 2024 and assisted with lambing from Feb 2025. Currently working FT as a GFW on a hill farm assisting with lambing - 2mth contract ending late May 2025.

Bailey Caton, United States Requires: Full Time Job (Paid) starting 5/10/25

Amelia Lloyd, Midlothian Requires: Work Experience (Voluntary) starting ASAP
Preferred location: Within 15 miles of Edinburgh. Accommodation required
Type of work/experience required: Anything and everything farm-based, but ideally with emphasis on hands-on animal work.
Experience: No previous livestock work. I currently work in a dog kennels where I handle, walk and clean up after large groups of dogs. This is based on a farm where I also help with general maintenance/manual work (raking, material transport, gardening), and working with goats, ducks and chickens (milking and egg collection). I also volunteer at a riding stables where I ride, groom and muck out horses.
