Gift Aid

Did you know Gift Aid can be used to make your National Sheep Association membership subscription worth more without paying extra? Because NSA is a registered charity, we can claim an extra 25p from HMRC for every £1 you give. If will not cost you any extra, as the money comes from the tax you pay for the current tax year. The extra income is hugely valued by NSA and means we can do even more work to provide a voice for the UK sheep sector.

If you are not already Gift Aiding your NSA membership subscription and would like to, please complete the form below so we can identify you on our membership database. I want the National Sheep Association to treat all subscriptions I make or have made in the last four years from the date of this declaration as a Gift Aid donation until I notify you otherwise. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less income tax and/or capital gains tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

Please note: NSA does not claim Gift Aid on a new member’s first membership subscription payment or subscriptions paid from business or farm accounts. Gift Aid can only be claimed on subscriptions paid by partnerships and private individuals (matching or including the name on the NSA membership).
