NSA Central Region ARMM

NSA Central Region welcomed members to Chatsworth Estate for its Annual Member’s Meeting last night (Thursday) with attendees hearing updates on NSA activity from NSA Communications Manager Katie James and an update on the current market for British wool from Gareth Jones, British Wool Head of Member Engagement.

Official business saw George Fussey welcomed to the position of Regional Vice Chairman whilst all other positions remain unchanged.

NSA Central Region Chairman Ed Brant gave a comprehensive report of the region’s activity during the past year which has included many interesting field days, farm walks and meetings as the regional committee make a concerted effort to spread an increased amount of activity across the region for members and others to enjoy and benefit from.

Katie James comments: “Last night’s ARMM provided members in NSA Central Region with an encouraging update on how the regional committee is striving to ensure there is a good range of activity in all counties of the region. Looking forward, attendees at the meeting heard how plans will now be taken forward into 2026 for further events. Ed Brant also shared the news of the recent appointment of a new NSA Central Region Manager who will now be able to support the organisation of these.”
