A look at their farming system across 900 ha in Northumberland. Their organic farms run 1,700 Lleyn ewes, 500 ewe lambs and 260 Angus cattle, with a strong focus on rotational grazing, grass and forage-based systems, and clover leys. They will share how they achieve high production from a low-input system, including bale grazing, deferred grazing, and grass wintering.
