The Sheep Breeders Round Table (SBRT) is pleased to announce that the next biennial conference will take place from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd November 2026.

Having considered numerous venues across central UK, the location remains as the Radisson Blu Hotel East Midlands, Derby which offers ideal facilities for a relaxed weekend conference at a competitive rate.

We strive to make the conference affordable for all and of interest to a wide range of people across the sheep industry, including pedigree breeders, commercial producers, industry organisations, processors and policy makers. Equally important is our nations education and we welcome input from students, post-graduates and researchers.

Delivered in an inclusive, convivial atmosphere, the conference provides an opportunity to expand and share knowledge. The audience all share a common interest, which is the use of genetics to advance breeding objectives for the future of our UK sheep sector.
