The Lincolnshire Agricultural Society is delighted to be working in partnership with NSA Central Region to host an exciting and informative Field Day at the Lincolnshire Showground.
This free-to-attend event is open to all those with an interest in the sheep industry.
The day will bring together farmers, industry professionals and businesses for a day of practical learning, discussion and networking, centred around the theme of “Collaboration”.
The day will explore how working together, sharing knowledge and making use of the expertise and tools available can help sheep farmers improve flock health, profitability and sustainability. Visitors will have the opportunity to hear from industry experts, take part in practical workshops and demonstrations, and pick up useful advice and ideas that they can take home and put into practice.
What to expect
The programme will include:
- Expert-led talks and practical workshops
- Industry-related trade stands and opportunities to meet leading businesses and organisations
- Practical demonstrations and useful take-home advice
- A panel discussion featuring industry experts, followed by an audience Q&A session
- Networking opportunities with fellow sheep farmers and industry professionals
- Presentation from the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society
- A free lunch

Programme (approximate timings)
10am – Arrival, registration and the opportunity to visit trade stands
10.45am – Expert talks, workshops and practical demonstrations begin
12 noon – Free lunch and opportunity to visit trade stands and network
1pm – Afternoon sessions, workshops and demonstrations
Later afternoon – Panel discussion and audience Q&A, followed by a presentation from the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society
3.30pm – Event close
