NSA Wales Evening Meeting

A evening meeting is planned in conjunction with Farming Connect on 27th June 6pm – 9pm at Glascoed, Aberhafesp, SY16 3HU, where Elanco will talk about internal and external parasites along with Consultant Kate Philips talking about other projects on the farm.
The farm is run by Alwyn Nutting and his family and it has been part of the Ram Compare programme. The farm extends to 200 acres with 50 acres rented, 150 Welsh single-bearing ewes spend the summer on common grazing, 800 ewes, 40 suckler herd (Blonde Bulls) finishing bull beef and heifers. 6:30 - Kate Phillips and Alwyn Nutting - Project report 'Flock review to achieve long term business goals' - review of improvements made over the last 5 years at Glascoed Farm and plans for the future + introduction to second project regarding mineral supplementation
7:30 - Non Williams - link between improving efficiency and Carbon footprint

8:15 - Elanco demonstration/talk and NSA talk (there will be sheep / lambs available in portable pens)
