The theme was attracting, retaining and supporting the next generation, and NSA were joined by Peter Lord from Dyson Farming, Tom Goatman from the British Grassland Society (BGS) and BGS mentees Tom and Caroline, as well as NSA's Katie James who spoke about the NSA Next Generation initiative.
